Furthermore featured in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a key labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
